Microsoft ClearType Tuner. Requires Internet Explorer & Windows XP.
ClearType is nice, but for web design it can be a problem. It makes things fall into the situation that what looks good on my PC with ClearType won't look good at all on the average computer user's screen, especially since it's not a default setting.

There's also standalone powertoy version of the ClearType Tuner. After installation it's available from Control Panel. Download from here:
