Designcharts

Designcharts is sort of like a Billboard Top 10 of (mostly Flash-driven) web sites. I'm not sure how the rankings are gathered, but the top 10 seems credible.

I don't mind the use of Flash, but I wish they had used the browser's native scrolling. Their scrollbar is unintuitive and the tween feels unnatural.
